We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Sales Manager to join our growing team and be the face of our very well known client's financial brand.

Location: LaGuardia Airport

The successful candidate enjoys communicating and interacting face to face with people. Discipline and leadership skills will be the key to success leading and managing team members from the front lines. In this role as our sales manager you will be working inside the airport -post security at branded kiosks, speaking with passengers within the area. Success will be achieving your own personal sales targets as well as managing team members on how to make theirs. Successfully, you will be able to increase our client’s brand awareness and generate new quality sales with their easily marketable products. You will rotate between a number of kiosks throughout the airport daily ensuring the teams are on site and compliant.

Your Role

  • Engaging with passengers in LaGuardia Airport beyond security
  • Thoroughly understand the products and services to inform customers of the benefits
  • Provide accurate information (e.g. product features and pricing)
  • Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
  • Meet personal and team sales targets
  • Rotate between kiosks ensuring team members are on site and compliant
  • Help with any team technical issues of on site devices
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure sales targets and hours are met
  • Work closely with recruitment department to ensure interviews are conducted in accordance with team needs
  • Conduct interviews and provide feedback
  • Manage team member scheduling, ensuring they are compliant with online platforms (hours, sales, etc)
  • Coach team members on bettering their sales pitch

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years - Direct Sales Manager or Team Leadership experience
  • Proven work experience as a Brand Ambassador, Sales Representative, Promoter, or similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Intermediate to advanced tech knowledge
  • Confident demeanor, resilient and not easily discouraged
  • Professional attitude
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • A smartphone with a data plan

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
