Telecommunications Field Sales Manager
KnewSales Group is currently looking for a Manager to join our team! You would be working at various residential locations, primarily in apartments and condos around the GTA. In this position you would be supporting our Field Sales Teams that will specialize in selling well known telecommunications services and internet services to the public.
Working Days: Monday-Friday
Work Timing: 12PM - 8PM
Your Role:
- Lead and motivate a team of 7-10 individuals to achieve and surpass set targets
- Work alongside team members, engaging with customers to achieve personal and team targets
- Engage and communicate with the customer, while gaining an understanding of the customer's needs and wants
- Convey the features and benefits of the service to customers that best suits their needs
- Close the sale and ensuring that the customer is satisfied with the experience and service provided
- Work closely with new team members
- Identify skills in team members to help them achieve their goals in the organization
- Work closely with the National Operations manager to understand the weekly targets in place and draft a plan to achieve them
- Providing comprehensive training to the staff in office and in the field

- $53,900K as base pay + $300/month allowance + commission on closures + bonuses on team overrides (expected salary $75K- $80K)

What you need:
- 2+ years direct sales experience (retail, door to door, etc)
- 1+ years Team leadership experience
- Access to smartphone with a data plan
- Proficient with iPad/ electronic devices
- Access to a vehicle to travel to various condos and apartment locations
